Release:
Shikai: Can chanel reiatsu into lightning or water blasts (similar to a hadouken). Also amplifies Kidō abilities.
Bankai: Creates Thunder storms and tsunamis (even if there is no water around). Can restrain opponets using ropes of lightning. Lightning can be used to create light bariers that can block most reiatsu based attacks. Water can also freeze to restrain enemies. Amplifies Kidō abilities.
