Primero Espada: In need of Fraccion

The clone raised a hand and started to form a blue cero, "The trick is to use your bodies own natural electricty. Amplify it with your Reiatsu increasing its power." Lightning started to cackle from the cero. It shattered and lightning encased the clones hand.

"Best to form a cero in your hand at first and transfer the electric energy into it. THe electricty inside should break the cero. The cero's energy will be transfered into the lightning increasing there power and speed." He formed a second blue sphere.Lightning spiralled around it.

"Next form another cero with in. Continue to pump Reiatsu into both the lightning and cero. Then when ready unleash it..." The clone fired a second Tiron. The lightning flew through the air followed by the cero. At the moment the lightning fired a pulse was released from the lightning into the cero. The blue cero's power increased drastically. It even seemed to cut the air.

"At the moment you fire the lightning you transfer some of the electric energy into the cero and fire it."

"I will show you a second technique perfect for you. From one glance i can tell you are a wind user. In english this technique means wind gale." Wind spiralled around the Espada. Wind wrapped around his entire right arm into a large miniture tornado.

"Viento Venseval (Wind Gale)!" A giant tornado launched from his fist. A large blue cero shot right down the middle. The tornado forced the cero into a spiralling action.

The spiralling wind cero slammed into the ground. Sand flew all over the place as the wind cero tore a giant hole in the ground, "The Viento Venseval has the exact same strength as the tiron."

Xalen came around the corner of her 50th lap, she still running hard and not slowing down.

When she finished it, she leaned against the wall, trying to catch her breath.

She sighed and leaned against the wall.

She put her hand over the part of her hallow mask that covered her right eye.

Goukii watched as makai's clone described in depth how to do viento venseval and tiron. Seeing that xalen was back from her laps goukii thanked the clone and left to go practice his new techniques. Opening a garganta goukii steped in and dissapeared.

Xalen closed her visible eye and sighed.

She slid down the wall she was leaning against.

The clone approached Xalen taking out astrange yellow glowing fruit. He tossed it to her. She fumbled with the fruit before taking a proper grasp on it, "Eat that it'll restore youback to 100%. All your exhaustion will be gone. Your aching muscles will be no more and your Reiatsu replenished."

Xalen looked uneasy as she took a bite of the fruit.

She choked and spit it out.

"What is that!"

She wiped her mouth.

The clone conked his head to the left,. He stared at the fruit, "I don't no why you spat it out. It's not suppose to be that bad is it? The original has eatn dozens of them. Even Rose as eaten one."

Xalen grumbled and threw the fruit at his face.

"Well, I don't like it. Or need it."

She pushed off the wall and disappeared.

She appeared in the training room with her arms crossed.

"......"

The clone sighed and burst into water but not before destroying the fruit making sure no one found it.

The original looked up as Xalen entered the training field, "Oh good your finally here now we can begin the torture!"

Xalen put her hands behind her head. "Yeah, yeah, okay. Let's just hurry and start.."

Makai grinned sadistically. Instantly Xalen's weights glowed. The number 2 appeared on each before it changed to 2.5. Xalen was floored into the ground, "Now once you managed to stand we will begin."

Rose grinned in the Soul Society. Makai was pushing her poor Fraccion to death. It's good for her. She thought with a sadistic smile. The Captain sighed and looked down at her paperwork. It had been piling up for over a week. "Mm, I hate work." Rose stood up and pushed her chair in. She walked outside and looked around. Rose walked across the bridge and leaned on the railing, staring into the deep, blue water.

Makai watched as the female Arrancar tried to stand, "I've set the weights to 2.5 Hueco Mundo's gravity ruffly 5 times that of earths. I'll be firing a Muelle spanish for Spring at you. The muelle is weaker than a bala but ten times faster than one."

She finally managed to stand up straight, her arms hanging in front of her.

"Yeah, yeah okay..."

Makai raised a hand. A red spring appeared at the tip of his right index finger, "Muelle!' The spring shot through the air and just missed Xalen. It hit a wall and exploded. Makai started to charge up a Muelle on all ten of his fingers, "Better get moving i won't miss next time."

Xalen stood and slightly tilted to the side.

Makai let loose one of his Muelle. It shot through the air ina blink of an eye.

Xalen jumped out of the way, it missing her by just an inch.

Makai let loose two more. This time faster than the previous one.

Xalen was able to dodge one.

The other got the skin of her right arm.

She frowned at her slightly singed skin.

"Seems like you got nicked there." Makai fired the next three. They were slightly faster than the last oens as well.

Xalen didn't know if there was a pattern in the Muelle that he was firing at her.

She dodged the first two, the last one just missing her head as she lowered her head away from it.

Makai fired the last four on his fingers. These four were three times faster than the last ones. They raced towards Xalen before she could even blink they were upon her.
