Well Im lost

Roshi stepped forward eating a bowl of rice. All three had made it in two in a half days, "Well you three look hungry. DInners inside. Once finished i will release your weights so you can sleep. But be up bright and early we have a busy day tomorrow."

Shira walked over to the three and whispered to them, "For the next month or so...welcome to hell!" she bsaid this in a cheery voice that sent shivers up their spines.

kanajii ate his dinner and then fell asleep quickly, the next day he walked outside to find roshi.

Rose opened a Garganta from the Soul Society and then sat down next to Roshi. "I've come to enjoy their pain. What are you making em do this time?" She grinned. "My, this is gonna be good." The Espada laughed and looked at Las Noches (?) in the distance, "Ugh, hope that stupid baka doesn't come out... and find find me here." Once again, she smiled, showing her fangs, and turned her attention to Roshi and Kanajii. Rose stood up, stretched and then yawned.

Roshi chuckled, "Hooo-hooo-hooo-hooo it's been a while hasn't it Rose-san hmmm. Now to begin there grueling training hoo-hooo-hooo-hooo!" An evil glint shined in Roshi's eyes.

Shira chuckled, "He's got that look."

kanajii sits down and waits patiently for roshi to continue his training.

With a click of his finger nine large Menos Grande appeared, "Your training begins now! Your job is to take down these Meno Grande! Hmmmm! With only your Zanpukto no Kido, no mask, no Shikai or Bankai or hollow techniques.Just Shunpo and your sealed sword!"

Roshi clicked his fingers agin and the weights changed from 0 to 9. All three collapsed to the ground, "With level 9 weights on."

tch.... kanajii pulled himself up and started walking to the menos grande, he drew his zanpukto and waited until they attacked. they used a group cero kanajii lazily blocked it with his zanpukto, he started walking forward, the closest menos slammed his fist down kanajii slowly sidestepped, barely getting out of the way, he walked onto the menos's hand. as the menos pulled his hand up kanajii attacked, slicing clean through it's mask

the menos disapeared and kanajii walked onwards to the next menos, they fire another cero, but kanajii again blocked it. so rpshi, do we kill 3 each? or do we kill 12 each?

roshi snapped his finger. Instantly 300 menos appeared, "How about 100 each! With weights at x15!'" instantly all three Shinigami the nubmer on their weights went from 9 to 15.

Rose grinned a sadistic smile and walked over to Shira, "Hiya." The Espada laughed. She knew what to expect: a hug, but that's what Rose loved about this energetic Arrancar.

The energetic Arrancar engulfed rose in a big hug, "Hiya how you going!" spoke the bubbily Arrancar with a grin her ears twitched and tail swaying.

ok kanajii gets to work slowly but surely killing the menos, it took him 10 minutes to completely destroy his 100 menos.

Clicking his fingers again this time appeared ten Vasto Lorde's, "While we wait for the others to destroy their Menos you will fight these Vasto Lorde's!" Roshi clicked his fingers and off to the side appeared a thousand Vasto Lorde's, "Shira there's your work out."

Shira licked her lips and sprung forth. In a matter of second she has torn the army of Vasto Lorde's apart with her bare hands, "Shishou i want a challenge!" whined the bubbily arrancar with a cute pout and hands on her hips.

Rose forced a smile and pushed the hair out of her face while she watched with little interest.

kanajii dodged the vasto lordes attacks, sidestepping and counter attacking, he had killed 9 so far...ust one to go, kanajii ran at it, sliced it with his zanpukto then jumped up in the air, and used his increased weight to entirely destroy the vasto lorde.

Roshi sighed, "Hai Hai...." Roshi clicked his figners and hundreds of hollows appeared behind him 300 adjuchas, 20 Vasto Lorde's and 30 Arrancar, "When your done with the Vasto Lorde's kill 100 Adjuchas and 10 Arrancar. I'll be sparing with my other student."

roshi held out a hand his cane unravelled into an average looked Katana with a green hilt. Shira drew her light blue Wakizashi. Roshi readied himself, "Come Shira."

The Energetic Arrancar sprung forth. She spun on her heels and swung her blade. Roshi blocked.He raised a hand grabbing her left wrist as she tried to slash at him. The old man threw Shira into a tree.

kanajii noticed something as he cut and slashed at the hollows, all of the adjuchas were wolf like, he had just killed his share of adjuchas when he heard a smash, kanajii looked behind him to see that roshi had thrown his student into a tree, kanajii shook his head and continued killing the hollows, when he came to the arrancar, kanajii noticed that they must be very new, he could see them experimenting with moves, which ultimately led to their downfall, one arrancar tried to use a more powerful cero, it took to long, and in the time it was charged kanajii had sliced his head off. kanajii sheathed his zanpukto as the last body fell, he walked over to where roshi was fighting and sat down and watched. maybe i can pick up some fighting moves... kanajii thought to himself.

Shira leapt to her feet. she reached towards her sheath and from the other end drew a light blue Kodachi. She held both swords in a reverse grip and lunged forth. she spun and slashed with her Wakizashi. Roshi blocked it with his sword. She slashed with her Kodachi. roshi grinned and blocked the blade with his sheath. He raised an aged leg and kicked SHira in the gut. The female arrancar leapt over the old man and went with a kick to his head.

Roshi ducked under it. shira swung his wakizashi with a downwards slice. Roshi side stepped the attack. He ducked under her Kodachi. He side stepped around her. Shira spun and lashed out with her right leg. Roshi blocked with his forearm. shira spun over and kicked with ehr other. Roshi moved back and caught her leg with the inside of his right arm holding it near his elbow joint.

He then used force and threw her across the field.

Shira dashed forth again. She leapt in mid air and spun like a tornado. The tip of her blades pointed above her head. Roshi sheathed his blade. He readed himself. He reached out and grabbed the spiralling wid tornado. Shira's blades inches from his body. His muscles pusled and he threw Shira into the ground with such force it shattered and exploded into a giant crater.

kanajii looked on with awe... kanajii looked on as roshi slammed shira into the ground.

Shira rushed her master again. Even with his old body roshi continued to dodge each off her attacks without effort. he spun and kicked her sending her flying 100 feet into a rock formation. The formation came toppling down upon her. She erupted form the rubble. She swung her blades. Roshi lazily dodged her swungs. Shira lashed out with a kick. Roshi blocked with his for armm. shira kicked with her other leg. Roshi blocked again. She swung her blades aiming to decapitated. Roshi pushed with his arms sending Shira off balance. The old man then flipped and performed a back flipp. His hands didn't even touch the ground. As soon as his feet hit he back flipped again and again to gain distance,

without a word, kanajii got up and started doing rapid push ups, sit ups and other exercises, the weights roshi had put on kanajii were still there.

Shira gripped her blades and held them infront of her making an X, "Roar gran tigre (Great Tiger)!"

A mass of white Reiatsu exploded from her body. roshi sighed. Shira growled as she stepped forth. Her nails had lenghtened turning to claws. Her hair had become longer. White fur with light blue streaks ran up her forearm. Her canine were longer. White bone armour appeared on her shoulders. Two long white light blue streaked tiger tail swished from her tailbone. Long tiger ears twitched in her hair.
